Baked Dijon Salmon
I planned to serve this at a dinner party for 10, but I learned that the guest of honor doesn't like salmon. So, I substituted Chilean sea bass. It was a hit!!! Absolutely delicious. That same guest of honor doesn't like mustard either, but she had no idea that there was mustard in the recipe. She has raved about it to others and she wants the recipe. Really superb . . . I wish I had leftovers. I can't wait to make it again.
