Slow Cooker Cocktail Smokies
Love these! I use a can of Cranberry Sauce (jellied kind), and a bottle of Chili sauce. Mix together and add to slow cooker w/lil smokies. Always a favorite at get togethers. No measuring needed.

Baked Spaghetti
My family really enjoyed this dish. The only things I did differently was used a large size jar of spaghetti sauce, and only 2 c. of mozz. cheese. That worked out great. Next time I might try macaroni in place of the spaghetti.

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas
Loved these! Followed recipe except after wrapping it in the foil, I put it in my crockpot on low for about 7hrs. The meat was tender and seasoned well.
