Slow Cooker Hoppin' John Chowder
This was good, but could have used a little more depth of flavor. Maybe some additional seasonings?

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
Great, and oh, so easy! We love it shredded with BBQ sauce, on a roll with slaw ala southern style BBQ sandwiches. Delicious!
