This is the BEST chocolate covered cherry recipe. I chill mine until firm and if its still too sticky I work in more powdered sugar. The trick is to not touch the cherry when you are wrapping it with the dough or your fingers will get all gummy and it makes a mess. I make this every year for Christmas and give away as gifts.My boss asked me if I would put them in a separate contained from the rest of th goody box this year. I asked her why and she said she was going to hide them from her husband. LOL Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

This was amazing. I fixed it at our 4th of July cookout and it was a hit. I let it marinate all day before serving and the flavors married together wonderfuly. Thank you for the FANTASTIC recipe

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

This is absolutly fantastic. I fixed this for the 4th of July and made 2 tenderloins, let marinate over night and there was not a piece left. It is spicy but not too spicy and you can always tone it down if you don't like the spice.)Everyone raved about how good it was. Thank you so much for this FABULOUS recipe.

Balsamic Chicken and Pasta

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

This was a very good and easy recipe to make. I did layer everything in a casserole dish, deglaze the pan using the beef broth and draining excess grease off. Poured over top and baked 325. for an hour. Was very good. I will make again. Thanks for sharing.

Jean's Fudge

This is foolproof if you have a clue as to what you are doing. This might not be a good recipe for the inexperienced cook. I thought it was fantastic and very SIMPLE to make.
