Spicy Zucchini Oatmeal Cookies

A good starter recipe. I added peas, and carrots. Also, added onion, and garlic powder for more flavor. I used ritz crackers (crushed) mixed with melted butter for the topping. I didn't add this until it was almost finished cooking, and it was delicious.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These are wonderful. To speed up baking time, i partially cooked these in the microwave first for a few minutes then cut them up. I think the sauce absorbed into the potatoes doing it this way as well.

Harwood Family Favorite Baked Potato Salad

Did not care for the taste. I think it would be better with sweet pickles instead of the dill weed.The sour cream didn't do it for me either. You could probably use low fat mayo with much better results.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Oh my God! This is fabulous...It has alot of ingredients, but is worth the effort I made this as written. If you are not going to make it as written and you don't like it then you shouldn't rate it.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

This was so good... Instead of making cupcakes I made a 9x13 cake and put half of the batter in then spread the cream cheese filling and topped with the rest of the batter. I used cream cheese frosting from the AR site and it was delish. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Take-Out Fake-Out Southern Fried Chicken

This was good, but I do not think it is necessary to dip twice in flour mixture. I think once is sufficient, when you get the batter too thick then it tends to burn on the outside before the inside can get done. Overall, a good basic fried chicken recipe.

Joanna's Salsa

I didn't like the celery in the salsa at all. I though it over powered the dish and 2 cups is way too much. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend this or make again.
