About this Cook
I am happily married for 19 years. I have a great son named Adam. I love to garden in the summer and can salsa, pickles, jelly and peppers.
My favorite things to cook
I absolutly love to cook anything. I am happy when I can get out the cutting board and my knives and chop away....
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking cookies and making candies at Christmas. It is my favorite time of the year.
My cooking triumphs
I mastered my own recipe for home made spaghetti sauce. When I make it I have to make a huge batch to share with my Mom. Also, chicken and dumplings that my family loves and my recipe for home made salsa that I can every summer..
My cooking tragedies
The first turkey I cooked when I first was married was awful. I didn't know you had the neck and giblets to take out. Needless to say we found them when we carved it and it was raw in the center.
