Frozen Summer Slush

I made this for a family get-together at our home and it went over so big, that most people asked for the recipe. It is a keeper! The only thing I changed was instead of using gin, I used vodka.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

I saw this recipe today and just knew I had to make it to go with burgers we were making on the grill. In a word, WONDERFUL! Very easy to make. Just did not add any salt, and to keep it on a lighter fare, I used 2% milk instead of heavy cream. We loved it, and I will make it again and again.

Caramel Apple Oat Squares

This recipe is wonderful. It is easy to make. I did bake it an additional 5 minutes to give the topping a more golden brown look. I melted a few extra caramels with a tablespoon of milk and drizzled it on top, and served it with vanilla ice cream. Make sure it is cool when you cut it as it does tend to be a little bit on the runny side like warm apple pie.

Apple Bundt Cake

Good cake! I did use half applesause and half oil, also added 2 extra teas. of cinnamon to the batter. It stays very moist for days, since it is only my husband and I here, I always make things, share them with friends, and we still have plenty of dessert for a few days. It is a keeper.

We had to go to a dinner party and I was asked to bring a Greek dessert. I found this one and thought it sounded good, so I made it and brought it. The cake was a hit with all that ate it. I will put this one into my recipe box and make it again. I did make 1 1/2 recipes and put it into a 9x13 cake dish. Thanks for submitting this recipe.

Pumpkin Cake

The cake was very good although I did make a few changes. I used only 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. applesauce, and also added an extra 1/2t. of each cinnamon and cloves. It is extremely easy to make, and I will keep this recipe to make many times to come.

Apple Loaf

I found this recipe and decided to try it. Some of the reviews said it was dry and needed cinnamon so I added 4 ozs. of applesauce, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. It was delicious. Next time I may put a cinnamon streusel topping on it before I bake it. Great autumn bread. GAIL B

Mandarin Orange Cake I

I read the recipe, and since it was 90 degrees outside and I wanted to take a refreshing type of dessert to a friends house, I thought I would try this. My only variation was I did use an orange flavored Duncan Hines cake. The results were more than wonderful. THANKS SO MUCH Gail B.

Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

My husband first tasted stuffed pepper soup in a resturant and we both loved it. I checked allrecipes.com and found this one and feel like I hit a jackpot. Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake

There is only 1 pound cake recipe that I have that my family has had me repeat over and over again until I tried the PECAN SOUR CREAM pound cake. My husband and children said " this is as good as the cream cheese pound cake,keep the recipe and make it again" It is very good tasting and easy to make too. The recipe is really a keeper.
