Frozen Summer Slush
I made this for a family get-together at our home and it went over so big, that most people asked for the recipe. It is a keeper! The only thing I changed was instead of using gin, I used vodka.

Cheesiest Potato Soup
I saw this recipe today and just knew I had to make it to go with burgers we were making on the grill. In a word, WONDERFUL! Very easy to make. Just did not add any salt, and to keep it on a lighter fare, I used 2% milk instead of heavy cream. We loved it, and I will make it again and again.

Apple Bundt Cake
Good cake! I did use half applesause and half oil, also added 2 extra teas. of cinnamon to the batter. It stays very moist for days, since it is only my husband and I here, I always make things, share them with friends, and we still have plenty of dessert for a few days. It is a keeper.
