Apple Walnut Cake
Very tasty! I made it to bring for a dessert at a dinner party, and it was a big hit. I did use 2 t. cinnamon, 1/2t. nutmeg, and NO mace. Also, added a 4 oz. container of applesauce. Sprinkled powdered sugar on top when it was cool. It was very moist and flavorful. I will make again.

Polish Meat and Potatoes
I made this for dinner last night and we just loved it. As others suggested, I only used 1/2 the amount of oil, and it turned out great. Mu husband who is of Slovak decent, said "this recipe is a keeper.

Frozen Summer Slush
I made this for a family get-together at our home and it went over so big, that most people asked for the recipe. It is a keeper! The only thing I changed was instead of using gin, I used vodka.
