Mushroom Chicken Piccata
This was very delicious. It was so full of great flavor. I made this for my hubby and he couldn't get enough. I altered the recipe by pounding the chicken breasts thin so they would cook faster. Next time I will cut back on the amount of butter used. Thanks! I will make again!
