Peanut Butter Cornflake Crunch Bars
Unfortunately, I did listen to the reviewers. I doubled everything but the cornflakes. It was just way too much sweet. It was like one big sugary brick. I will opt to do it exactly like the recipe next time hoping to keep more of the cereal shape and flavor!!!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
This recipe reminded me of the wonderful salisbury steak I used to have when I was young!! I absolutely loved this recipe because it was so easy and yummy. It went great with my whipped potatoes. I think I did end up adding just a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Wonderful!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Very VERY easy recipe - tastes good too. I used this for just a straight potato soup, without the ham. The flour/milk mixture didn't get very thick in the saucepan, but it did thicken up once added to the potatoes. We will make this again!
