Apple Cranberry Streusel Custard Pie
This was ok. The custard was nothing special. I would just make an apple pie and add cranberries.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
Really good soup. You can control how creamy it gets, by how much you puree it. I found it was a bit bland until I topped it with grated cheddar. My family loved this recipe, and my hubby told his mom all about it!

Cranberry Orange Loaf
A few too many cranberries for my taste. I would reduce them to 1 Cup next time. The loaf in itself was really good...nice and sweet to offset the tart berries. I made this recipe as is, with no changes.
