I cook because I am part scientist and part artist, i love creating interesting foods! and plus when im sad i eat so there :P I'm a currently studying hotel and restaurant management and would like to open a multi ethnic fine dining restaurant reflecting the diversity of my great city NYC!

mostly spanish and southern american foods. I'll experiment and do some kinda funky fusion dish. My people have lots of great recipes and not everything is smothered and greasy! We eat healthy too!

Anything my mother approves of, she is my guinea pig. Hee hee. If your dog looks at you confused after you've given them something, your cooking stinks!

One hard ^&* apple pie and a squishy cake tart thing that was suppose to have a pudding and fruit filling but ended up half baked and butterscotch soup YUCK!
