This recipe was very good. My Kids loved it on Ice Cream. The left overs keep well in the frig. No lumps or egg chunks for me, I cooked it on low and took my time.

This recipe ROCKS! I didn't have any apples on hand so I used a can of apple pie filling with cinnamon. I put the filling in a sauce pan on med/low heat. To make the pie filling taste more like fresh sauce I added 1/4 C sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp lemon juice. Then took the potatoe masher to it. I also sprinked the pies with granulated sugar not powdered sugar. Tasted just like McDonalds Hot Apple Pie except better!

HOT! HOT! HOT! When you use all 8 peppers this could take someones breath away. Keep away from children. I also made a batch with 1/2 of the peppers and everyone could enjoy these. I love hot food so I liked it with 8 peppers, anyone else who is not a big fan of hot, hot heat add your peppers in slowly til you reach your desired heat. Then ENJOY! We also liked this sauce on ribs.
