Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Oh! My! Yum! I made this in a exactly as stated. I cooked it in a stone dish. The only thing I would caution is be sure of the size of your bird. My chicken was smller so only needed to be cooked about 4 hours.
Once you've made this you may never buy a store made rotisserie chicken again!
I bought several chickens, cooked one and froze he rest - already cleaned, seasoned and ready to go in the oven.
Put it in the oven before church, come home to a prepared lunch!
