Raspberry Lemonade Biscotti
I took others advice and doubled the lemon zest to 4t. (When I make it again I'll add another teaspoon.) And, because I'm lazy and cheap I just used 3/4 cup of some cherry berry preserves I had on hand. YUM!! The texture is slightly different than your standard biscotti, but it still great.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Oh! My! Yum! I made this in a exactly as stated. I cooked it in a stone dish. The only thing I would caution is be sure of the size of your bird. My chicken was smller so only needed to be cooked about 4 hours. Once you've made this you may never buy a store made rotisserie chicken again! I bought several chickens, cooked one and froze he rest - already cleaned, seasoned and ready to go in the oven. Put it in the oven before church, come home to a prepared lunch!

Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II
Very good. The sour cream and lemon at serving are a nice touch. It received good reviews at a recent potluck. Be sure to remove the big ends of the asparagus. If the ends are too tough they leave strings (like celery strings) in the soup.
