I have always enjoyed cooking. My mother recalls having to put a hook and eye lock on our kitchen door when I was very young because she would wake up to flour and sugar all over the kitchen as I was trying to prepare "something"! My families favorites are my chicken parmesan, chicken marsala, and turkey dinner. I have turned them on to fish with some great salmon and swordfish recipes! I prepared a meal on night for supper and my family said "this is delicious, can we have it again tomorrow!" This has happened more than once. I have experimented with recipes and made a huge mess in the kitchen. After coaxing my family to "just try it"... they asked if we could order pizza!
