Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This is a wonderful recipe. After reading reviews I doubled the recipe, mashed the bananas and added pecans and mini chocolate chips. The double batch yeilded 16 mini loaves and 6 regular size muffins. They are a big hit with the family.

Beef Samosas
Once you get the hang of how to fold these its not as hard to do as you think. I made these for superbowl and every one loved them. I modified the recipe to use garam masala instead of all the other spices,(except indian chilli powder) it was a lot less expensive that way, and tasted very good. I added too much chilli powder and had to stretch out the filling so it wouldn't be too hot, (I added an extra pound of ground beef).I also forgot to add the chopped green chiles and cilantro, we didn't even notice they were gone. I don't think I would add the fresh chiles but I would add the cilantro next time. Because of the extra beef my batch made twice as much filling and I used 2 boxes of fillo dough.
