Nacho Chip Casserole
Added taco seasoning to the beef, layered chips-meat-cheese-meat-cheese-chips, with some diced green chilis.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was great! Read other reviews, added one can of cream of mushroom, one can of mushrooms and one can chicken broth. Def need at least 1 hr with dumplings.
