Baked Dijon Salmon
I'm not sure if it was because my pieces of salmon were a little thick, but it did take longer to bake than the time listed in the directions. I also found that the sauce and breadcrumbs mixture will cover much more than 4 4oz pieces. Overall though this was a VERY tasty dinner and very easy to make!
