First time I ever made these and they came out perfect! I used salted butter as per other reviews and they hardened quite nicely. I am so pleased. Recipe yielded 5 dozen pizzelles and a small bag full of edges for on top of the kids ice cream (mine too). Thank you

Really enjoyed this meal - did as other suggested and cooked my rice separate then added it to the beef mixture. My hubby turned up his nose when he saw what was for dinner but as he was taking his second huge helping he had to say it was a keeper - big deal at our house to find a new keeper :) Love reading the comments and the helpful info.

Wonderful! Used suggestions of others and pureed 3/4 of the broccoli. I also used some frozen and some fresh to use up what I had on hand. My husband was impressed and so was I. Will make again for sure!!!
