Creamy Rice Pudding
Very good recipe. I used leftover long grain rice and it turned out very nicely. Before serving, add a little touch of maple syrup and it just makes it excellent. Thank you.

Claudette's Minestrone
It is a healthy soup unfortunately without taste. Easy but not tasty. I added beef broth base to improve the taste.
