Hearty Split Pea Soup
This was delicious!! I added 2 cut up potatoes and used 8 cups of water, and no milk. Also threw in a chicken bouillion cube. Will definitely make again!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This was deliciious! I served it on Hoagie rolls with mozzarella cheese and some lowfat ranch dressing. Yummy!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
These were absolutely delicious! I also added 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. I added brown sugar to the icing to give it a caramel flavor. Yummy!!
