Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Quick and easy to put together. I also rubbed the roast with garlic, salt and pepper and added the onion soup mix instead of fresh onion. The family enjoyed this meal.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II

I followed the recipe almost exactly (added 1 extra tsp of cinnamon0 and it turned out perfect. The top was a light brown and the bottom was very dark. t was nice and dense and full of flavor. It was a hit with the entire family.

Gnocchi Bake

This was a huge hit with the family. My husband it is missing a little something but other than that it was great. We have small children and they eat it without complaint! I think the key is to not over cook the Gnocchi. I boiled mine for 5 minutes and baked for 15. We used prepackaged Gnocchi and not homemade (just FYI).

Grandmas Bogie's Parmesan Chicken

I followed this exactly other than added 1 tsp of granulated garlic. We gave this a 5 because everyone in our family devoured it, even the kids ages 7 and 5. The 5 year old is especially picky and he was the first one done. I will add this to our dinner rotation for sure.

Quick, Easy and tasty. I added a little more garlic, onion power and used parsley instead of Chervil since that is what I had on hand. Will make these again. It was a great way to use up left over pitas.

Oven Roasted Potatoes
