Amish Macaroni Salad

I wasn't too sure about this at first but after letting it blend in the fridge for only an hour I was happy I had tried this recipe! My entire family loved it and this will make it onto our summer menu!

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

I made a slightly modified version of this recipe and my family devoured it. My very picky 6 year old had seconds :) This is a great recipe and can be modified if you need to (which was my case because of what I had on hand) This is the reason I'm giving it 5 stars.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

I can only give this 4 stars because I had to modify what was used based on what I had on hand. I used regular oil instead of the sesame and chili powder instead of the chile paste. It was wonderful and even my Asian food skeptical husband loved it. Will be using this recipe again.

Roasted Chickpeas

My kids kind of liked these but I did not care for them. They had a texture that just didn't work for me, quite grainy. Maybe I didn't cook them long enough? I might try again but don't see this being a regular snack at our house.

Wonderful recipe. Can easily be adapted to fit any kind of apples and can easily adjust the sugar as desired. I have made 3 batches and they are all wonderful!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This was very good. I especially liked that it was quick and easy. I cut the honey in half and it was still just a tad too sweet for me, but I also added more garlic to give a little more kick. A great recipe all around. Thanks!
