Irish Cream Liqueur II
I've made this twice now and it's delicious. The instant coffee granules didn't completely dissolve for me, but I think they must not dissolve well in cream. I think next time I'll add them to the splash of whiskey at the start.

Best Ever Pie Crust
I've never been a good pie crust maker, but this one is easy and turns out perfect every time. UNLESS you, like me, decide to be lazy one day and make it with a stand mixer. Then it turns out greasy and with a horrible flavor. I think maybe that's what happened with the few low ratings this recipe has received. But I've made this recipe many, many times by hand mixing it and it's always wonderful.

Banana Bread VIII
This is the first recipe I ever made from allrecipes and it's been my favorite banana bread recipe for years. The only thing is, you can't mix nuts in with it or it will crumble apart. You can sprinkle them on top, though. I've substituted all whole wheat for the white flour and brown sugar for the white and it was still very good.
