I love mushrooms in any form and I have tried MANY stuffed mushroom recipes! I made this for the holidays and they went like crazy! They do make many more than it says (but it probably depends on the size of your mushrooms). I really liked that it was simple, and everyone liked them. Sometimes if they have seafood in them, people get picky. Also, you can easily adapt this recipe to your needs. LOVE 'EM!

I found that the recipe does not make the full amount...but they are wonderful. An easy recipe that is perfect for buffetts-I made them for work and they were they only thing that was all gone!
