Cake Mix Cookies IV

Wonderful cookies, I have made these twice. When you use a white cake mix, the cookies don't really brown and they took about 15 minutes bake for me.

Pleasant Pork Chops

I Love this chili, I have made it a couple of times and each time it surpises me how my family and kids eat it up. The only change I make is I use the whole pack of chili seasoning mix Great recipe thanks for sharing!

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Very good!!! The fish comes out with a great coating crisp like frying but without the mess and calories. The only negative about this recipe is the way the fish looks after its done. Its not brown at all, I think next time I might stick it under the broiler for a minute to brown the fish. And I also seasoned the fish(with old bay) and let it sit before coating the fish thanks for sharing

Cathy's Banana Bread

I made this the other to get rid of some very ripe bananas. This was a very easy recipe to make and my husband and daughter LOVED it, they ate it all in 2 days. Great recipe thanks for sharing.

Supreme Strawberry Topping

Wow what a great recipe!! I was a little confused by the direction but I figured it out. I made it a little different because I dont really like mushy strawberries. I took about 1/3 of the berries and sat them aside, I used the other 2/3 in the recipe whole. I cooked the sauce until it was as thick as I like it (maybe about 10 minutes)Than I took everything in the pan and pureed it in a blender. After that I added the 1/3 strawberries I had sitting aside to the sauce. This way the chucks of strawberries in the sauce are not so mushy.

Mini Cheesecakes III

Great classic recipe you cant fail with this recipe. I put a homeomade strawberry topping I found on this site on top of the cheesecake and everyone loved it.
