This recipe is so easy and the bread was delicious! I cut the recipe in half and made 2 nice sized loaves. Didn't get a chance to cool. One loaf was gone almost as soon as it came out of the oven! Thanks for posting! I will make this again and again!

Apple Crisp II

Absolutely delicious! The only change I made was to double the crust recipe. It turned out great! I used Granny Smith apples and it had the perfect combination of tart and sweet. Love it and will definitely make again and again!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Ok I have to admit I was really tempted to skip the raisin-soaking step. But so many reviewers said it was essential, so I went ahead and did it. And I am so glad I did! These cookies are awesome! And the raisins were so plump and flavorful. The only changes I made were 4 eggs instead of 3 since my eggs were on the small side and I used 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts and 1/2 cup of walnuts. I will make these again and again! Thanks for sharing!

Classic Macaroni Salad

Love this recipe! I have made it several times now, both exactly as written and with a few modifications. I add chopped boiled egg because it just doesn't seem like macaroni salad without it. And I cut the sugar in half because I like a little less sweetness. Once, after I had already started making it, I realized that I was almost out of plain yellow mustard so I used half yellow mustard and half spicy brown. Worked out great. But I have gotten lots of compliments either way. You won't go wrong with this recipe!

Smooth Sweet Tea

This is exactly how my Texas grandmother made tea. Don't be tempted to skip the baking soda. It's essenial for removing the bitterness and cloudiness that tea sometimes has. Yummy!

Chocolate Frosting II

Very tasty but way too stiff for frosting a cake. I had to melt it and spoon it over the cake. Next time I will use less powdered sugar and I think it would be fine.

Easy Chicken Posole

Delicious! I added a small can of chopped green chilies and 1/2 tsp ground cumin and reduced the chili powder by half. So easy and everyone loved it!

Black Magic Cake

This is the best chocolate cake ever! I too was a little concerned when I saw how thin the batter was but it baked perfectly and was moist and delicious. Wish there was a recipe for the frosting in the photo. But I used a traditional choclate frosting and added melted semi-sweet chocolate chips and poured more than spread it over the cake. I also added shredded semi-sweet chocolate to the top. It was heaven. This is a winner!

PHILADELPHIA® New York Cheesecake II

The best ever! I used a graham cracker crust instead of the oreo cookies but other than that, stuck to the recipe and it was a huge hit. After reading some other reviews, I added a bread pan of water in the oven to prevent cracking. I will definitely be making this again!

Aunt Phyllis' Magnificent Cheese Ball

Delicious and easy. As suggested, I used the cheese packet from a macaroni and cheese package. It makes 2 good sized cheese balls so halve the recipe if you only want 1. Love it! Thanks!

The Best Cheeseball

Very easy and delicious. The only change I made was to reduce the amount of cilantro because I find the taste of cilantro a little overpowering. But this cheese ball got rave reviews.

Red Wine Pork

This was wonderful! I substituted dried parsley for fresh and, like another reviewer, I did not have tomato paste on hand so I added some chopped slightly overripe tomatoes. The meat was fork tender and the flavor was wonderful. A definite keeper!
