I obviously pan-breaded the chicken in simple flour and oil. I also added some siracha sauce, a LOT more orange juice, omitted the orange zest and green onions. I also added some Chili Garlic Sauce by Huy Fong Foods Inc. to add a little more spice. And then for a more balanced meal, I added in some carrots and broccoli.
