Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Kale Puttanesca

Holey Yum! Needed to use up some extra kale in the fridge and this was a perfect choice. Didn't have anchovies, but based on another review's suggestion, used balsamic and tomato paste instead. Loved the combination of flavors. Thanks!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

My husband and I LOVED this recipe! I've only cooked pork chops one other time and they had turned out dry and gross. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant to try this recipe. But, with my hand little thermometer, I was able to cook it to a perfect 150 degrees. I added a small yellow onion and a few handfuls of spinach. Thank you!!

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce

This recipe was great! Based on other reviews I added two finely portabella mushroom caps to the squash mixture and used only one wonton wrapper per ravioli (about 1 tsp of the squash mixture). Instead of the Sage brown-butter sauce, I made my own gorgonzola cream sauce with thyme. My friend who hates squash loved this recipe! Thanks for sharing.

Blackberry Cobbler II

I followed the advice of other reviewers and reduced the total amount of sugar and increased the amount of dough. It was amazing, i recieved compliments all around. Thanks for the great recipe.
