These were great and very simple to make! However,I used Cashew butter instead because I am allergic to peanuts. I also added vanilla and used 3/4 cup of brown sugar instead of white based on other reviewers suggestions.

These were delicious brownies! I only used 2 cups of sugar because I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet and the brownies were still plenty sweet. I was looking for a brownie recipe because I wanted to make an ice cream birthday cake for a friend. So I used this recipe as the base then added a layer of cookies and cream icecream then topped it with crushed oreo cookies and drizzled chocolate sauce... was unreal!

These cookies turned out delicious! I did however make two adjustments. First I added 1 cup of Skor toffee Chipits instead of the nuts, then seperated the cookie dough in two and added flaked coconut to one half for something different. Everyone loved both kinds! Thanks for the great recipe!
