Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Oh my goodness! You can stop looking for BBQ sauce recipes. This is it! It is a cut above any BBQ sauce I've ever made. I made it as written. Everytime I even think about this sauce, my salivary glands go into overdrive. Unforgettable!

Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta
We had these as written, but with ground beef instead of chicken. Delicious!

Spiced Quinoa
A great way to use a very healthy grain. We bought a 4 pound bag of Quinoa at Costco for a good price so I was looking for recipes. I used slivered almonds instead of pine nuts. Next time I will add more raisins. Very nice!
