Pepperoni Rolls
These were okay, not great. I was hoping for a more chewy dough. To me, it was too sweet and too heavy. I will keep searching.

Bread Bowls
I cut this recipe in half and made for Zuppa Toscana Soup. I also used the bread machine using the dough cycle. The bread came out perfectly, tasted wonderful and the texture was great. I used the bowls again a couple of days later for chili. Fantastic! A keeper!!

Pseudo Sourdough for the Bread Machine
I thought this bread was good. Soft on the inside and a bit crusty on the outside. I didn't use the barley flour. I didn't get the tange as stated in the introduction, but enjoyed it nonetheless.
