Southern Pimento Cheese
Hey ya'll! Thanks for all the great reviews--I am so flattered! Thanks, also, for not making the recipe completely different than written and then stating how you don't like it. I don't understand that. Thanks again.

Peanut Butter Bars I
Used Smart Balance brand peanut butter the first time, and they were just OK. Used Reese's brand peanut butter the second time and they were GREAT!! Also added a little butter to the chocolate mixture so it would not be so soft. Thanks for the great recipe!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
This is a great recipe. I added more vinegar, twice the tomatoes, 2 cans of corn, cumin, and a bottle of Major Peter's salsa style bloody mary mix. Just brown the burger, throw everything in the crock pot and VIOLA! Some of the best chili you will ever eat. Don't forget the sour cream, cheese, and corn bread!
