Coffee Bonbons
These are the bomb, everybody loves them! Didn't change a thing on the cookie recipe, other than to crush the instant coffee in my hands, as other have suggested. I used a mocha icing recipe from this site instead of the glaze, and they are soooooo good.

Cinnamon-Marshmallow Surprises
Yum! They did explode, so a pan underneath is a must. I used half brown sugar. Make sure you let them cool a bit before eating!

Moist Persimmon Cookie
Made with persimmons from the back yard, these cookies are awesome!! Taste kind of like a ginger snap, very yummy and soft. Might be good iced as well.
