Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer
I thought this recipe was great. I ate the sausage like a hot dog, in a bun with some spicy mustard. It really hit the spot when I was pregnant!

Chewy Coconut Cookies
These were pretty good. I melted some chocolate chips and drizzled them over the top. Not bad!

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
I think this coleslaw is great! I only had a taste of it when I made it last night~ I plan on having it with dinner tonight. I did add a little extra mayo to make it a tad creamier, and used only buttermilk. Yummy!
