Banana Crumb Muffins
These were very good and pretty easy to make. I would suggest using a little more butter in the crumb topping - mine didn't come together very well. I also recommend pressing the crumb topping down into the batter ever so slightly because as my muffins began to rise during baking, some of the topping fell off and made a mess in my oven. I will definitely make these again though. My two toddlers loved them.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
This is very good beef stew! I do have to make a couple changes though. I cut the onion way back (to only 1/2 an onion) and I also add salt to the stew toward the end of the cooking time - it definitely needs it. I also find the flour/water at the end to be completely unnecessary. In fact, mine is usually so thick that I have to add a little beef broth to thin it out a little. Cooking the potatoes all day thickens it up nicely. Last time I made it, I didn't have any wine and I didn't miss it at all so I'll probably just omit it from now on.

English Muffins
These were just ok for me. I thought they were a little on the bland side and not really better than the ones in the store. My husband said they kind of tasted like a cross between a biscuit and an english muffin. I probably won't make them again just because it's really not worth the effort. If I did make them again, I would definitely add more than 1 t of salt.
