Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
Very yummy! I used a whole roll of Pillsbury Grand Flakey Buttery biscuits - think I'll double up the potpie mix or use only half of the bisuits next time.

Pistachio Crusted Chicken
So yummy. Don't need to change a thing. But I have tried Panko instead of breadcrumbs and that works, too.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
My Hubby loves these (I add chopped green onoins at the end). There is always enough left over for a hearty weekend breakfast!
