Classic Spanish Sangria
I was expecting clear sangria. It wasn't. I used Chlien Merlot, vitamin OJ, and dri-light rum. OJ wasn't crystal clear. Wrong wine too??

Glazed Meatloaf I
The glaze was good. I have to make some extra for the meatloaf. The meatloaf itself did not maintain its shape well. I had too much (or too little) ingredients?

Lime Chicken Picante
I used half of the original recipe when I first made this dish. There was hardly any source. Second time, I had heaps of spoons that it calls for. Better. I use mild salsa and it tastes good.
