We made this dish last night with two Ribeyes grilled. It was fantastic! The rub was perfect and the lemon juice added just the right amount of tang. I am a cheese lover and over did it on the Feta and found myself searching for the great taste of the beef. I would advise that you use just a sprinkling of the cheese (as the recipe calls for).
