whoa ho ho.....The worst cookie baker in the world just made some WONDERFUL cookies! This recipe was so easy, and these cookies are sweet, soft, and utterly decadent. They are really flat though, so next time i am not going to melt the butter, as some other members have suggested. Thank you for making me a cookie baker!!!!!

THIS IS THE BEST!!!! The texture is is sublime, and it baked with NO cracks! amazing! I made this for my husband's parents and his Dad was licking the pan! It is not overly chocolatey, so lovers of dark and milk chocolate will adore this, and of course it is a VERY easy recipe to follow. I melted my chocolate chip in the microwave instead of a double boiler and it still turned out fantastic! THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE, ANNE!!!!!

A Fantastic icing recipe! Very versatile for icing a cake and stiff enough for professional cake decorating. I really beat it with a mixer and it was sooo light and fluffy. A classic recipe!
