Creamy Chicken Casserole
This was a crowd pleaser and so easy. I added sauteed mushrooms onion celery and carrot and added a can of cr of mush. I used a chicken and garlic rice too. It was a hit! I will make it again.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I use light cream cheese & use chuncky blue cheese dressing instead of ranch - this is ALWAYS a hit!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
excellent - added extra rosemary - omitted salt - cut sugar and added some Montreal chicken seasoning, even the kids liked this one!
