Chicken Kabobs Mexicana
Loved this chicken. So easy and yummy. I added a little cayenne or red pepper flakes and a crushed clove of garlic to the marinade. I also have substituted about a teaspoon of dried oregano when I didn't have any cilantro and liked it just as well if not better. My family loves it.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
This was definietly a make again recipe. I thought the coating was a little soggy, so I finished it in the broiler for a couple of minutes. I also forgot the herbs and didn't miss them at all. My husband approved.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
i did not enjoy this recipe, although easy to prepare, it's flavor was odd, and it was very dry. The coating did not adhere well. My husband ate it, but said it wasn't something he would want again.
