I am married to a wonderful guy and I have a 5 yr old daughter and a 3 yr old son. I am a biology professor at Lindsey Wilson College and I love my job! Baking is my favorite, but I also enjoy ethnic foods and good ol' Southern cookin'!! I enjoy gardening but that ties into cooking. My grandmother was a FABULOUS Southern cook and had a resturant. I can remember watching the cooks work and being facinated. Both of my aunts went into the food industry. Making my 1st layer cake at age 10. Pork tenderloin w/ port & cranberry sauce, fried chicken, chocolate pie and many family favs. There have been many!! Cooking is like science, you modify and try again!!
