Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Everything made with Eagle Brand turns out fanastic. This recipe really is "perfect".

Cranberry Sauce
This was my first time making cranberry sauce. I always thought the canned was good enough. Never will I buy canned again! Everyone loved it and I'm so glad I made a large batch because now I have it to serve with my turkey pot pie. I followed other reviewers and only used 1/2 cup of oj and 1/2 cup water. I also added another 2 cups or so of cranberries as 12 ounces didn't seen nearly enough.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
I've made this recipe twice now with fabulous results. I read the reviews and cut the sugar slightly with 1 1/2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown. I didn't have enough oil so did 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup melted butter. I also upped the spices with a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice - love that stuff! Ice it with Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site. Makes a wonderful Christmas gift with bits of candied ginger sprinkled on the frosting.
