Looks like a restaurant quality dessert and is super easy and delicious. Guests will think you slaved over dessert. Best when served with vanilla ice cream.

Lemon Ginger Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Super Easy & Very Tasty I made this twice already and it's a huge hit. I made it once accouring to directions. The second time I had to sub dry ginger and dried cilantro leaves and it still came out great. The only thing I did was reduce some of the olive oil. Also great on chicken.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

I didn't have any sausage and the sauce still came out awesome. I also liked that it didn't use too much vodka. Easy, reheats well, and tastes great!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2009
I followed some of the other reviewers changes by adding 1/4 cup more cocoa, 1/2 cup more milk, an extra tablespoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I used special dark cocoa. Next time, I would use 1/4 cup cocoa and 1/4 special dark because using all dark cocoa made the muffins look black. Tasted good but the color looked unappealing.

PLANTERS® Peanut Blossoms

Cookies came out great. I liked how the peanuts gave the cookie more texture and peanut taste. Better than your average peanut blossom. I added dark chocolate kisses for added richness. Would make again.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
Great for parties! I used canned green jalapeno peppers and red onion instead. I think next time I won't use the food processor to mix the cream cheese and sour cream because it got a little too liquidy.

Peanut-Ginger Marinade

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2007
Very good sauce. I used this to make shrimp kabobs and it turned out great. Save left over marinade for dipping sauce. I substituted less sodium soy sauce and used red pepper flakes because I didn't have chili paste. I also added a 1 tsp brown sugar and a dash of ground ginger to enhance the peanut flavor. Would definitely make again!

Excellent marinade! Will make again. I marinaded the beef for 8 hours, I substituted reduced sodium soy sauce, and used only a pinch is salt instead of the seasoned salt.

Plum Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2006
I used plum butter instead of plum jam and it was great! If you do use the plum butter add water to loosen it up. This was great served as a shrimp dip. I can't wait to try this with pork or chicken.

Tedious to make, but worth it! This is a real crowd pleaser for dinner parties. The longer you age it in the freezer the smoother it gets.

Spicy Vegetarian Lasagna

Nice & Tasty!!!! I'm not a vegetarian, but I really liked this recipe. Instead of the tomatoe paste, diced tomatoes, & water, I substituted a large can each of crushed tomatoes and whole plum tomatoes. I also added mushrooms and diced carrots for some bulk.

Wicked Good Sangria. Ignore what they say about apples and pears. Add them both and then crush the fruit with potato masher or spoon afer the Sangria has sat overnight.
