This recipe won 1st place in our school systems chili cook-off. What great flovor. Here are the changes I made. Instead of 2 pounds of ground chuck I used 1 pound ground sirloin and 1 pound ground venison. I used 4 cans of the spicy chili beans with sauce instead of 3 without and 1 with. I also used a whole bottle of beer.

My son used this recipe for one of his 4-H enteries last year and received a blue ribbon. I personal thought it could have been a little sweeter. Make sure the bananas are VERY ripe.
