Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Very good, even my picky husband liked it. It's a rare find to have something with chicken in it that he says he would request me to make again. Used chicken broth rather than water, added some garlic powder and parsley.

Barbeque Beef Casserole

Eh, it was ok, cooked it for nearly an hour and the cornbread still didn't cook all the way through... only used one package of cornbread. Probably wont make again.

Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Very good, I added onion and fresh garlic to the mushrooms which I par-cooked in another pan before adding them to the wine. Added some worcestershire sauce tot he pork chops as I was browning them and a bit of seasoning salt to the sauce and thickened it a bit. Served it over egg noodles. I don't generally like pork, but these were good.

Beef and Biscuit

Very good, I baked the bottom crust before putting in the meat and the top. Next time I will leave out the egg and add more cheese. Other then I wouldn't change a thing, really easy.

Cranberry Sauce

I don't happen to like cranberry sauce, but I made this for the rest of the family this thanksgiving and they all said it was the best cranberry sauce they had ever had. Very simple, followed recipe to a T

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

awesome, made for BLT's last night and my husband wanted to know how I got the bacon so flat! Perfect, did have to cook a bit longer then called for, but my oven tends to either be too hot or too cool. make sure you dont over lap the edges too much.
