About this Cook
I have been cooking since I was seven years old. I started with my grandfather. I knew that I was going to be cooking in my profession since I was about ten. I got my first set of pots and pans when I was twelve which I still have to this day.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake! However I don't bake as much as I once did. I mostly grill and slow cook at this point

Easy Beef Stroganoff
not enough flavor, sauce was very thin even after flour... not impressed.

BLT Pasta Salad
We always add more veggies to this, and more ranch. Good stuff.

Cranberry Sauce
I don't happen to like cranberry sauce, but I made this for the rest of the family this thanksgiving and they all said it was the best cranberry sauce they had ever had. Very simple, followed recipe to a T
