Quenching Creamy Raspberry Punch
Yummy. My husband and I have this on birthdays and Christmas. It's very good, with a nice tang from the raspberry concentrate and sweetness from the ice cream. I couldn't find any raspberry cream soda, so I just used regular cream soda, which happened to be coloured red.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
Delicious! I made this cake for my birthday and my husband and I both really enjoyed it. I used Cool Whip instead of whipping cream. I only used real whipping cream for the 1/4 cup you mix into the melted chocolate chips. The only thing I would change next time would be to use fewer chocolate chips. It was a bit too heavy in the stomach as is. Next time, I'd reduce the chocolate chips to maybe 1 cup or 3/4 cup instead of 1.5 cups. Other than that, a beautiful and delicious cake. I'll be making it again.

Spicy Lentil Dip
I'm a fan of Indian food, so I tried this recipe. Wow, what a disappointment. It was terrible! The taste was really yucky -- just tastes like very plain lentils with a tingle from the spices. I stirred in some salt to help it out, but it didn't help much. The appearance of the dip is completely unappetizing. It's a kind of yellowish, greenish goop. I made it for a potluck and it was virtually untouched. I sure won't be making this again.
