Scallop Blankets Appetizer
These appetizers are simply delicious...literally. So easy. Beautiful presentation. Make sure to use sea scallops and not bay scallops...makes a big difference. But gosh are they good!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Never in my life have I ever SEEN a more beautiful cookie, but they are every bit as good to eat as they are to look at! BEAUTIFUL. Many many thanks for this one!! Ah...seriously, I just keep LOOKING at them!!!

Onion Rings
Pretty darn good. But make sure to add a fair amount of salt and pepper to the batter.
