Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
This is absolutely heavenly........I used it on the Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta and will also try it on pasta! So yummy I might just "spoon" it!

Mexican Shepherd's Pie
this is very tasty and looks pretty in the dish. I added 2 cups of cheese to the cornbread mixture and black beans and chilies to the hamburger mixture.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This is a great PB pie. I did not add the milk and did not miss it. I also swirled softened Nutella into the top of the mixture and "YUMMY" would be the word! Pretty, too!
