Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Hamburger Tomato Mix

This was a very easy quick dish. Easy to experiment with different spices and vegetables. Even tastes good topped with cheddar or parmesan cheese. Will absolutely make again.

This is a chocoholics dream frosting. So rich and creamy. The best frosting I have tasted yet. I frosted Carols chocolate cake recipe with this and it was a perfect dessert. My neighbor keeps bringing me cream cheese to get me to make more. It was a hit with my family and friends.

Pumpkin Chili

The whole family enjoyed this recipe. I added a little more pumkin than the recipe called for. It made the chili even more creamy and flavorful.

Ground Beef Mexican Style

This was a great change of paste from the everyday things we're used to having. It will definatly become one of our favorite regulars. Even my youngest (who won't eat anything new) came back for seconds. It was also a very easy meal to prepare. Great for those "busy" days.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

This had to be the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted. My whole family (and in-laws) loved it. I frosted it with Carol's Chocolate Cheese Frosting and it complimented it perfectly. I did use a suggestion from a rating below to line the pans with wax paper and the cakes came out of the pans effortlessly. This is now our new family favorite.
